Dr Yang and Dr Layne
Having been very active in all aspects of his life, Dr. Jim Yang understands everyone’s desire to live an optimal and higher quality of life. Having been involved in various sports while growing up, Dr. Yang realized the importance of multi-disciplinary care early on and following a sports-related injury discovered Chiropractic.
Dr. Yang received a Bachelor of Science in human biology and then graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2004 receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Yang was very active in the Sports Club attending many athletic events providing chiropractic care to all participants (acute and chronic conditions).
Dr. Yang interned at the United States Naval Hospital, Camp LeJeune providing quality health care to active duty military men and women. Dr. Yang had attending privileges in various departments (orthopedics, neurology, podiatry, sports medicine, sick call, internal medicine, etc.)
Dr. Yang constantly strives to improve and update his medical knowledge through countless post-graduate study courses as well as research. He realizes the importance of exercise and nutrition, practicing these beliefs regularly, as a major part of his daily regimen.
Dr. Layne brings 30 years of experience to one of the most established practices in the Tri-Valley community. Dr. Layne is a master adjuster, specifying in stretching, bony adjusting, and exercise. A graduate of Los Angeles School of Chiropractic, Dr. Layne not only delivers excellent care but brings wisdom and humor into the lives that he touches.
Dr. Layne is a 30 year resident of the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys getting into the outdoors as much as possible. He likes hiking, running, backpacking, and protein shakes and loves the environment and the people of the San Francisco area community.
